@JanetThomas47 @physiotalk I did work experience in a neuro place that was private and they had similar, I asked how the physios justified people coming without seeing progression. They said long term stability after developing a neuro condition was progress&it also improved their wellbeing.

@physiotalk I did a placement in an ms centre, their model was if pts wanted to keep coming they could. Slowly changing to a more nhs like model but needed to keep the pts& donors happy so had to find ways for them to feel they were cared for &benefitting from treatment options.
