We (speakers) upload a video, attendees watch it and can join a call with the speaker if they like.

My paper would be published if we counted all the LEGAL PEER REVIEWS. Peer reviews coming in after 6-8 weeks should NOT be accepted. Reviewer 2's report should NOT COUNT! We must maintain the integrity of the peer review process.
