Junta carried out 2 massacres this month in Sagaing’s Yinmabin & Pale Tsp. On Oct 21, 12 PDFs & 3 civilians, incl: a pregnant woman & a grandma, were shot dead, & some were burnt alive in Yinmabin’s Shwe Hlan village. 10 houses & 9 motorcycles were set on fire. 1/2
