@c2c_Rail Hello. How frequent are the buses from Upminster to West Horndon? Would it be quicker to do that or to go to Pitsea and back on the other line from Fenchurch?
@c2c_Rail Well we’ve had no trains from West Horndon for over an hour so I’m afraid that’s not true. Two scheduled trains just haven’t turned up. We are literally standing here waiting so ‘all services’ are not running on time, or in fact running at all!
@c2c_Rail Where is the 9.10? It’s on the board and says ‘on time’. Other services on the app which have been cancelled say so, but there’s been no notice at all for either of these trains.
@c2c_Rail Any idea when the next train from Fenchurch to Upminster is likely to leave and which one it’ll be? All the trains say on time until the time passes and then they say delayed. No announcement. I have an appointment to get to.
@c2c_Rail It would be SO SO GOOD if you could start these engineering works half an hour later: 22.04 is pretty early and people like me get shafted (and massively tired) week after week. It's very draining :(
@c2c_Rail So there are more engineering works on the Basildon line this evening after 22.04? National Rail says I need to go to Pitsea and get a bus to get to W. Horndon. Is there nothing from Upminster? Please say there is!!!
@c2c_Rail Ah ok. It's sometimes confusing as National Rail Enquiries don't give you options which include the tube, so don't tell you you can get the tube from Barking to Upminster and a train from there. It's a bus after 22.26 though, which means if I miss the previous one it's bad...
@b54785961 Also, nowhere did it say it was 'emergency' which is usually specified if it is. Network Rail handled the buses extremely badly I might add!
