1. Cannot view resolution as phone number has rolled back to an old number that is no longer used.
2. Bank staff unable to find resolution for existing login IDs so new Login IDs for corporate users created.

@IOBIndia two months ago, we applied for a chequebook, still no chequebook stating KYC. All documents are already available with your office and branch. Branch says they have no control and this can be resolved only from the Regional Office. Vendor and staff bills are piling up.

@redBus_in hello, can you please check why NBSTC buses aren't showing as an option on your site? The home page does show tie up with North Bengal State Transport Corporation and last year we booked our the entire bus from Redbus. Now when we check, it doesn't show up anymore

@redBus_in Hi, the bus service from Siliguri (Tenzing Norgay bus stand) to Kolkata doesn't list NBSTC on any selected dates. The service provider has bus inventory and tickets are available over the counter. Please look into this.

I received the below messages that I want a delivery later. I have not selected any "later delivery" option. Also I was very much available for delivery. The delivery guy called and cut the phone abruptly after which I received the last message
