This has to be one of my favorite plays of the summer! @Kionus_ one handed cross court DIME to @angelpaganjr_ for a knockdown 3!
Super fun when we play the game the right way. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

It is every man’s responsibility to transparently share with the next generation the things that caused them regrets in his life.
Avoidance of that represents that man’s desire to be joined in his misery instead of raising up our youth so they can do better than he did.

What are some questions every athlete should ask when visiting programs this summer?
Our habits can become like old friends, a place of refuge and comfort, a way to feel better. What could you replace that habit with when you are looking for safety, comfort, and to feel better? We are built for connection, not isolation.
Reach out to your friends and family regularly, even if you don't think they need it. You can't tell what someone is going through by looking at them. And be ready to listen.
