If you’re in a hotel, you can stay until your home is safe. Meals are provided, and you won’t have to leave until your basement is dry and your power and heat are restored.

In addition, city inspectors will be visiting every home in the emergency flood zone. Repairs cannot begin until an inspection is completed. Contractors are not allowed to start work without one.
