@ATTHelp so it has been 24 hours with internet or tv capabilities, which impacts a lot! I have been a customer since 2013 and never had to have someone come out and the one time I do this is how it is treated. Very disappointed and waste of my Saturday!!!!

@ATTHelp I have dealt with U-Verse all daaaaaaaay because after a storm yesterday & electricity went out neither my box or modem cuts on. Customer service has been terrible. Had an appointment for tech to come out 12-4 no one shows or tell me you all don’t have enough techs 🙄
