It must be someone’s 1st day on the job. The time keeps changing on the train schedule & a whole train disappeared. First it was 6 mins, then 12 now it’s 20 mins. MTA you get paid too much for this BS!!!! A downtown issue should NOT affect uptown for the trains already out 😡

Why doesn’t the OMNY card show you your balance when you tap? It would be helpful to know how much I have left on the card. If this is an upgrade from the Metrocard it should have the same basic functions plus more.
