@Dan_Landry @BradSpellberg Are the reducsd thrombotic events related to disease change, vaccination, a combination? Who knows? In my practice I have not seen the frequency of thrombotic events from the delta era. I now rarely fully anticoagulation those requiring supplemental O2 🤷‍♂️
