@hauteflorist Terrible customer service. I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. Not only did they never arrive, Haute florists do not answer the phone when you call their customer service line and do not respond on their chat function online either. Do not use this company!

@British_Airways flights are supposed to sync into the app and they don’t. Told to enter them manually. Never done that before on the app. Customer service keeps me on the phone for over an hour and leaves me on hold until I hang up #badservice
