The Piataks however, are too busy sunning themselves by the pool under the Florida sun. Our club is a shambles.

I don't agree we're somehow stuck with them, they could (and hopefully will) put the club up for sale and disappear forever back to Florida in very short order and we'd immediately be in a much better position.
