@BBCWomansHour@Shelter A S21 notice can only be served when the tenancy has gone past it’s fixed term or is periodical. No fault eviction is not possible or legal in the term of the tenancy. The reporting did not say this. Longer term tenancies would be welcome by most landlords.

@telebusiness@UKHofficial These are the same companies that traded through Christmas, Jan, Feb and 2/3rds of March and the refused to pay on the 24th March. Landlords have bills too. Same as eating a meal and walking out without paying.
