@HSL_HRT HSL-sovellus ei ole nyt toiminut muutamaan päivään kunnolla eikä netissä pääse antamaan palautetta kun sivusto näyttää request blocked. Sovellus ei siis lähetä vahvistuskoodia puhelimeen eikä anna hakea mitään reittitietoja niin ei voi edes lippua ostaa.
@British_Airways This doesn’t help at all, continues to be terrible customer service. I already told you the email address I have is stated as one that is *not monitored* so what use is it trying to email there? Please send me a phone number to call ASAP.
@British_Airways I submitted a claim for compensation for a flight that was delayed for approx. 15.5 hrs. Said I would receive a confirmation email but it still has not arrived (over a week later) what’s up???? Awful customer service. How can I get in contact with you?????
@British_Airways Hi Abbie, it says at the bottom of the email that the email is not monitored ([email protected]) and there is no alt address. I would really like a number I can call or an email I can reach out to to ask about my claim. I don’t understand why I didn’t receive a conf email

@British_Airways I sent a follow up query via your website about the claim I submitted (citing the claim number). I just received an email that just apologises for the delay and offers £50 voucher - this is not adequate compensation for the flight delay but there is no further…
