☕️ Gm friends, enemies, and everyone in between.

While bringing a trustless otc protocol to @solana was a huge task and much more work than I had anticipated, I'm truly glad we did it for the sake of our future.

"Trustless" means 100% onchain. No central authority. No platform to shut down. No individual or entity to attack. No middleman. A way to ensure that we will always be able to trade directly with eachother as long as the decentralized network of validators are spinning. With the current state of the world, it was personally very important to me that we build something that is lasting and inline with the original fundamental ideals of blockchain's origins. I believe we have embodied those ideals within the McSwap protocol while also solving the much simpler and more apparent direct trade problem of "who sends to who first?".

We have truly put our hearts into our work. We did not get paid or request pay to build @mcswapotc. We dedicated a year of our lives for the greater good of Solana. We built it with love for the Blockchain we believe in. I very much look forward to making the protocol more accessible to builders through a SDK. And usable to the world through the magic of Blinks.
