Solemn Statement (Translation From Mejoy)

Recently, our company has noticed a large number of behind-the-scenes videos and photos of our artist, taken during the filming of the drama Double Helix (《双程》), circulating on online platforms and in social media groups. We take this leak and its spread very seriously, and hereby make the following solemn statement:

1. Nature of the Content
The circulating content is the product of illegal theft and infringement. We have verified that none of the so-called "unreleased behind-the-scenes footage," "private clips," or related images and text currently circulating online were produced, released, or authorized by our company or the production team. These materials were stolen, secretly filmed, and maliciously leaked by lawbreakers through illegal means. Such content seriously infringes the artist's portrait rights and right to privacy, as well as the copyrights and trade secrets of the relevant rights holders. Any unauthorized public dissemination is an illegal act of infringement.

2. Earnest Appeal
We sincerely urge all internet users and fans to give the artist the respect and protection they deserve:
1Do not save, download, repost, or comment on any leaked content of unknown origin;
2Actively exercise your right of oversight and immediately report any infringing links, accounts, or groups that have appeared online;
3Do not trust so-called "exclusive resources" sold through unknown links, to avoid financial loss.

3. Internal Accountability

We will conduct a thorough investigation and show no leniency. In response to this serious leak, our company has formed a dedicated task force together with the production company. We immediately launched an internal self-inspection and correction process and are cooperating with relevant parties on a comprehensive review, sparing no effort to trace the source of the leak and the chain of responsibility. Any internal oversight gaps will be strictly rectified, and any external parties suspected of breaking the law will be pursued to the very end.

4. Solemn Warning
Our legal department has fully preserved evidence of the infringing acts. We hereby solemnly warn all individuals and organizations who have, without authorization, stolen, leaked, spread, or resold unreleased behind-the-scenes material or the artist's private content: immediately stop all infringing acts and delete the related content. For infringers who refuse to correct their behavior or whose conduct is serious, our company will resolutely pursue legal action without further warning.
Protecting the artist's lawful rights and interests is both our company's responsibility and a legal bottom line. We urge all parties to act responsibly.
