So @sainsburys my 80+ year old Aunt had her purse stolen whilst out shopping(not in one of your stores), however it contained her nectar card. When she called the customer services she was refused a replacement card thereby suffering a third penalty having

had the purse stolen, had to pay to replace all the locks in the house and now not being able to benefit from the points she had accrued from years of being a customer. She was and still is very upset that they thought she was trying to commit some kind of fraud
