TAR Date extension is inevitable — today is the decisive day.
If the Government does not intend to extend the due date, it should clearly state the reasons.

When the Non-Audit ITR due date was extended by 45 days, the rationale for extending the TAR deadline naturally arose. Portal glitches and slow functioning continue to be valid reasons even today.

We request the authorities to take cognizance of this matter and provide a clear decision to end the anxiety and uncertainty among professionals and taxpayers.

ITR और Tax Audit में सिर्फ 15 Day का टाइम दिया है, 15th Sept to 30th Sept

1) उसमे भी GSTR 3B जाएगा 20th को

2) उसके बाद 22th Sept से GST Rate में बड़ा बदलाव है, तो उसके लिए क्लाइंट अपने CA/Advocate को बार बार फ़ोन करके उसके बारे में डिस्कस करेगा और CA/ Advocate को भी सब GST Rate देखना समझना होगा

इसलिए 30th Sept तक Tax Audit होना पॉसिबल ही नहीं है,

इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है की Tax Audit Due Date को Extend कर दो कम से कम 2 महीने के लिए और इसका नोटिफिकेशन अभी जारी करने की कृपा करे

Extension of Tax Audit - आज तो कम से कम एक्सटेंशन आ जाना चाहिए । अब तो ICAI ने भी representation दे दिया । पिछले दो Sunday तो ITR के कारण ऑफिस खुले थे कम से कम कल तो कुछ आराम मिले । आराम की हम इंसानों को ही नहीं हमारे यहाँ लगी मशीनों को भी जरूरत है ।
