@avrldotdev 1st request that acquires the lock on listing availability row wins. 2nd one waits.
1st reaches db engine's internal lock acquisition first. It's not necessarily 1st HTTP request , can be ms difference.
Redis queues, no double submission allowed and queues ensure serialisation.
