This beautiful Black girl was walking through a park with her mom when a patrol car pulled up. Fearful, she immediately put her hands up and cried. Turns out the officer just wanted to greet her. It’s so heartbreaking how traumatized our babies are 😢💔 #BlackLivesMatter
