Charlotte Water is fixing a water main break on Pineville Matthews Rd @ Park Rd. Hydrants may be open, flushing the system out until the work is completed.
ODOR OF NATURAL GAS: Pineville Fire is aware of an odor of natural gas throughout the Town of Pineville. The odor is coming from a ruptured gas line in the City of Charlotte that has resources on scene. There is no immediate emergency to the town.
MVA w/ entrapment: While companies were responding to a cardiac arrest, a 2nd call was dispatched for a MVA with Pin-In on 485 inner just after Pineville Matthews Rd. Engine 73 and Car 1 (Chief 9) continued on to the CPR while Rescue 8 and Car 3 (Chief 12) diverted to the Pin-In.
Road Closure: Main St between Polk st and Railroad Tracks in Downtown Pineville is shut down. Inbound traffic from mall area towards South Carolina Stateline is to use South Blvd northbound. Traffic from Staeline in to Pineville is getting through slowly. AVOID AREA IF POSSIBLE.

Around midnight Pineville Fire was dispatched to a Structure Fire (Mutual Aid with Fort Mill & Flint Hill). After multiple 911 calls it was upgraded to a working fire. No injuries reported and all occupants were able to safely evacuate the home. #pinevillefire#structurefire
