I believe I'm the only crim in my calaboose who understands mental illness. A cellie who speaks no English been real quiet and withdrawn, I managed to get him down to the infirmary today. His wife stopped visiting three weeks ago. Turns out he got polio too. Only 37

@rosiejustice12 Many doctors unfortunately in the UK are idiots lacking empathy. After the financial crash in 2008 many young folk who would otherwise have got jobs in financial services studied medicine instead. For the money. They are the ones now quitting the NHS. Good at passing exams only
