#ThrowbackThursday: The El Rey Theater was located just north of Glendale on 58th Ave., built in 1937 it remained open until 1957. Today the building houses the Pink House Boutique. This photo is from 1946, when the feature films, Gay Blades and Under Nevada Skies were released.
