Oh my goodness! As a complete opposite to @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp abysmal service, I cannot praise @BloomandWild enough! They've completely gone above and beyond to rectify a problem that isn't even their error. Thank you so, so much!

@RoyalMail So again, they've 'attempted' delivery and failed as 'the property was inaccessible '. No. It had a long drive and a house set back from the road. I'm absolutely livid.

Very disappointing from @RoyalMail that they failed to deliver an order of fresh flowers yesterday saying the address was 'inaccessible'. No, it's just a long driveway to a house set back from the road. No way of contacting them of course, to ensure redelivery.

@RoyalMail No idea whether they'll bother attempting delivery again today or just leave my flowers to rot. Then who do I claim off? RM or the poor business who have done nothing wrong? It's so damn frustrating when you can't speak to anyone for help too!

I think one of the worst 'inventions' must surely be automated phone calls. Nothing raises my blood pressure more than not being able to speak to someone to resolve an issue. None of the options ever fit my query and then you're just cut off without getting anywhere! Hate them!
