@nykaafashion This is a polite reminder that you ought to issue my refund else I am not giving up and heading to consumer court. Itโs almost 5000/- but more than that itโs gross misconduct and so irresponsible for a brand like yours. I have video recording of the day as well.

@abhirajbhal Just noticed that he broke the cistern handle too. He told me I am going to check if I have left anything in the bathroom and he broke it and left. We were occupied with unpacking. It was perfectly alright! Abhiraj it scares me to think what more could he do

@abhirajbhal Firstly, Iโd urge you to acknowledge that itโs the people from the lowest strata of the society who are employed for these jobs and they come with their own insecurities and issues. With due respect Iโd say they need to be trained well before they are sent to houses
@abhirajbhal I complained in the evening once I went back to the kitchen after unpacking the whole day and noticed the mess. I requested @urbancompany_UC to just help me clean up the grease and not an inch more in my house but they arenโt even acknowledging. Itโs scary to think
@abhirajbhal he refused to clean the areas properly and kept calling the partner executive. Eventually I called Cust care and even they failed to convince him. He then vandalised my kitchen cabinets, smeared grease all over and fled. We only moved into this house 2 days ago.
