2. In the rape trial of celebrity Scientologist Danny Masterson this morning, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office revealed that Scientology has covertly obtained a significant amount of criminal discovery materials.

9. Shawn Holley, Danny's other defense attorney, who has a sign in her office that says, "Don't cloud the argument with facts."

Shawn has spent more time trying to get me thrown out of court when I'm present to support the Jane Does than defending her client.

[Leah Remini @LeahRemini]

11. It could easily be Danny and his family who handed over the discovery to Scientology.

They are all Scientologists who believe they're above the law.

Scientology policy requires Scientologists to turn over these materials.

4. But longtime Scientology attorney Vicki Podberesky made a colossal error last week.

Vicki, who receives her orders directly from Captain David Miscavige, emailed the DA's office to complain about how Scientology was being treated in the trial.

A vote against the For The People Act is a vote against the rights of Black and Brown voters. Period.

If made into law, it would expand:

Early voting
👉Automatic voter registration
👉Vote by mail

And finally make Election Day a federal holiday.

RT if you want it passed.

Women have laid down their lives for our military since before we were a nation. They have fought, bled, and died for @TuckerCarlson’s pathetic prep school ass to sit in that chair and mock them. We’re not gonna stand for it, and neither should you.

You did not like Trump and his scam?
I did not, Never-Trump-I-am.
I would not, could not, vote for him.
I tried to help Joe Biden win.

Now it's better, it's pretty good,
In America's neighborhoods.
What of Trump? Whither the GOP?
For now, from his party, let me be free.
