@vgogte1@dmuthuk When u understand that timing the market is hard n stock valuation is like pendulum.... The best course of action when u r holding a good company which has bright prospectus is to do nothing during volatility
@vgogte1@dmuthuk For 1st q... Reason is simple, there is further growth in the coming years n justification of not selling is that it's impossible to time the market... In order to have proper timing the Market in a 10 year period u have to make call 4 to 5 times accurately which is impossible
@vgogte1@dmuthuk A intelligent investor hold finite stocks, n as the saying goes that a stock valuation is like pendulum.. it stays very little time in fair valuation, it stays maximum time in overvalued or undervalued territory
@vgogte1@dmuthuk For 2nd q... Everyone has finite money, even Warren Buffett. When ur portfolio total worth goes up... Ur individual position of ur holding rises proportionally
@RajatAgrawall@bigcodenerd@PranjalKamra Good point.... But market runs on expectations.... Everyone invested on itc expect it to me a major FMCG, or packaging, agri business player... Not as a major cigrate company... Although the company is progressing in those fronts, but not agressivly enough, hence this stagnation
@AdeParimal After watching the market, my head is stuck with this song with some editing
"Aare ruk ja oo Dil deewana
Puchu toh mai jaaara
Market hai yah tu jaado
Portfolio pura red hua paara"
Sing with the tuneπ€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
@bigcodenerd@PranjalKamra The company has a unique moat in cigrate business which is also their cash cow..... It's stagenent for quite some time, but don't get carried away... No one has seen the future πππ
