@antanddec last year I collapsed in front of my 8 year old and 5 year old whilst my husband was at work. They ran and got help, 999 and called my husband and saved me. I have applied three times for them to be recognised. They adore you both and deserve it!

@ArrowXL_Help surely as this is no fault of mine and there have been numerous issues there should be a way to speed this up. I’ve been told too busy to change diary. Seems simply unfair and awful to leave children sleeping on floor in new home.

@ArrowXL_Help please can you help. My delivery was due 15th November of bunk beds. It was damaged and not delivered. Despite daily calls it has taken until today to confirm it is ready for delivery. I’ve been told earliest Monday which means my children will have no bed for 4 day
