They sued me for violating the COVID Consumer Protection Act.

Have you ever heard of that before? Nope!

You want to know why, because it doesn’t exist. I was the only person in the history of the world that was ever sued under it.

The United States government said that I was lying to people about COVID. Okay? Remember that? Remember they said that I was lying. I was trying to profit. I was using fear to profit. That’s what they said. That’s bullshit. That’s a lie.

Listen, I’m a physician. I’ve made nutritional products for decades. We know that if you’re low in Vitamin D you have a higher risk of all infections including COVID. There’s 120 plus studies that show and prove.

And we also talked about the benefits of vitamin D and zinc. How zinc is an ionophore or how quercetin is an ionophore for zinc. And zinc helps block viral replication. This is common sense shit that’s in Guyton Physiology textbook that I as a doctor, every other doctor should learn.

So, a lot. And man, we were given solutions. So the government came to me, told me to shut up.

They sued me for $508 billion in 2021 under the Biden Administration.

And they lied about me. You can’t counter sue the government. Doesn’t work that way.

People say well Dr Nepute I know you won your lawsuit. Can you sue them back? Nope doesn’t work that way. United States Federal.

So let me tell you what happened and why I’m pissed off today because the government lied about me in 2021.

Not only did they lie but this is what they didn’t do. It was a civil complaint by the way. They said I violated the COVID Consumer Protection Act which nobody even knew what hell it is what it was how it worked. Nope. There’s no such thing as that.

They said I violated it 12,555 times and $40 thousand… [of COVID penalties].

I was sued by the FTC for violating the COVID Consumer Protection Act nobody even knows what it was. I was sued and I hired a law firm and it took the United States government 6 weeks to tell my law firm what they were suing me for!

I got sued then it took them 6 weeks to tell my lawyers what I did wrong! Well, how can you defend yourself when you don’t know what the hell you did wrong took them six weeks to tell by the way I had already spent 1.2 million dollars in 6 weeks that was my retainer, by the way.
