@RoyalMailHelp Hi Kieran, I’ve cleared the cache, however I never get beyond the point of filling in my address details. The system wouldn’t let me enter these as the boxes can’t be edited but they are mandatory to submit the claim. The buyer was reimbursed but I’ve lost the item and the sale.
