Pippi Parnasse

Aerial pole instructor.

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

I'm out of the pole business but if you want to see my other life, preorder my upcoming album, Kittens Give Zero Fucks https://t.co/5C8yH39MLk

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

If I were to sell my domain, https://t.co/hy8YXRJarH, would anyone be interested?

Subbing aerial conditioning-beginner silks at the gym today!

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Can't get my pull-ups in because two other women are hogging the pull-up bars... hm, not a bad problem to have. #smashthepatriarchy

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Sample of this at the gym-made with glycerine, could be promising... #pole #grip

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Lol some guy at the gym involuntary blurted out "wow" at my dragon flag isometric then look embarrassed #selfesteemboost

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Really

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Does anybody actually prefer raisins over dried cranberries?

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Do you ever think "Ugh I've hardly poled at all lately"... and then do laundry and be astonished at how many pole outfits are in there?

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

@TheresaRacicot Thanks! I did actually make some progress today

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

But you know you're in a funk when you're like hm where to start today, pole or write about pole? I KNOW! CLEAN THE BATHROOM!!

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

OK, a second latte later and I am actually making progress AND I remembered to click Save this time.

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

I have some kinda weird self-sabotaging writers' block... accidentally deleted the draft of my article and now keep typoing like every word

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Also, my left forearm is tired. Maybe I can think of something on the pole where I don't use that arm... #poledancerbassplayerproblems

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

I can't think of other solo practicing scenarios where I'm this physically exhausted afterwards except running Violetta

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

UGH I've been practicing bass so hard lately that I don't have energy to pole afterwards

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Especially since I hadn't touched it in a few weeks so I don't remember what I had written.

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

Wahh, I was going to finish an article today and I seem to have lost the draft.. Do I have the heart to rewrite it from scratch?

[Pippi Parnasse @PippiPole]

I have legit worked in studios that didn't sell grip. https://t.co/PDPXCBOynq

Ran on the treadmill for the first time in forever. Felt great! Except I cut my hair so my pigtails were bumping me in the face tickling me.
