It was a privilege to work with the staff and residents at Rosemount House, delivering mindfulness meditation and positive mental health awareness training. A big shout out to Charlie for all his support. Thank you to Newington Housing for their kind sponsorship of this training.
I had this dream one night. I remember Philip and I sitting together he was like a beam of light. It was beautiful while it lasted. He felt like he belonged to the world, and then he was gone again. I wish he’d stayed, but I’m so thankful for the 17 years we shared.
Well done to everyone who took part & committed to their own wellbeing throughout our positive mental health programme. Your openness and support for one another made the journey special.
This is the fabulous
Nania who attended our program each week
Last night marked the final evening of our Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing journey in the Houben Centre. It was a wonderful night filled with laughter, connection, and positive energy.
We’ll be back again soon.
If there is one thing we can take from the programme, it’s this, the greatest thing we can do in life is help each other. When we look out for one another and create spaces where people feel safe, supported and understood, that’s when real change happens.
Well done to everyone!
It has been a real pleasure for Linda and I to deliver our Mental Health and Wellbeing

Yet again on Wednesday evening we had another fantastic turnout for our Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme. It’s great to see so many people coming along, learning new skills, and taking time to look after their wellbeing.

Happy heavenly birthday to my daddy.
A wonderful father and a man I am forever proud of. Your courage, resilience, and love shaped who I am today. one of the men taken on the 22nd of December, placed on the Al Rawdah prison ship, later moved, and escaping from Crumlin Road Gaol.
Over the last few evenings, I’ve wrapped up a year of mental health training and awareness talks with the Newlodge Youth Club and the staff at Belfast Metropolitan College.
Thank you everyone for your support.
Delighted to be involved with St Peter’s Immaculate Youth Centre and the amazing young people from the Clonard area.
