@SANRAL_za While we appreciate the efforts on the R21, the quality of work on some sections is unacceptable. Several lanes are bumpy and uneven — a clear sign of poor execution. It’s frustrating to sit in traffic only to drive on substandard roadwork. This needs urgent attention.
