I had been awarded with the punishment of dismissal from Govt. service by the then CDMO, Puri under Rule 18 ofOCS (CCA) Rule 1962 vide his order No-711 dt.21-03-2013 on the basis of conviction imposed on me by the Learned JMFC,Pipli. Challenging the aforesaid
