In preparation for our Velo Strength Training Phase beginning November, we are going to begin our progression into pull-downs!

We are going to get baseline velo’s so we know how to best train. With the use of weighted balls, we will throw 15 pull downs and gun each one for velo.

Plyos, @corevelocitybelt , @jaegersports , med balls, balance, PFPs! got some great work done.

Grateful and excited for Day 2 next week 🦬

Bring water! You will need your glove for PFPs. Turf shoes (no cleats).

We are still in our On Ramping Stage, so no throwing. We will begin throwing end of August.

REMINDER: Pitching Bisons is open to EVERYONE grades 7-12. No matter what school or experience level. The camp is 100% FREE. We meet at Westwood High School every Saturday morning from 8-10am!
