@RupertMoon @RugbyU19s @WelshRugbyUnion I agree completely but why do it now when the now U18’s have only had one season at Youth.Incomplete season at U16’s due to the obvious and no U17’s.
And are expected to play Senior rugby in September.Just not enough preparation for these lads I feel.

@daviesGDD Telepathy instead then is it? Different skill levels & age grades need a mode of communication or else it's just "off the cuff". There's much more to it than just being a voice in the crowd & making calls on the park - good 'talkers' effect the game & opposition sides hate it...
