@decolonialpsych It’s what you least expect. Usually you watch something and you’ll decipher things as you go. This one is totally unpredictable and it speaks to those shaky years of adolescence or young adulthood that are still filled with exploration.

This is the only public statement I wish ti make about this Castoriadis translation.
I received a threatening email from the man that has translated Castoriadis’ work and “believes” possesses intellectual property over Castoriadis’s work. This email was insulting and threatened to tarnish my reputation if I didn’t stop the translation work immediately. (Thread)
I have worked as a translator since 2004, and recently on academic projects. I was invited to this translation and I accepted to take part of it. It was a tremendous learning opportunity and important to publish. I have not “beef” with this person, but I don’t tolerate threats
