Im not saying the event isn't worth while, but people paid alot of money and had to take off time from work just for a CHANCE to see even one if the authors they like and so many people like myself couldn't get A SINGLE RESERVATION despite being online over an hour before sales.

You need to give us the ability to get refunds. This isn't fair and its false advertising. Just admit you handled the situation poorly and give people the opportunity to get their money back.

@thebookcon The reservations was an absolute fucking disaster. I followed all the rules, waited in line, and not a single author was left. Literally, not one. I sent an email asking for a refund because this was so poorly handled.
