🛸 UFO CLOSE ENCOUNTER — CARACAS, VENEZUELA | LATE 1982

Two Witnesses. One Extraordinary Craft. An Encounter That Lasted 4–6 Minutes.

On a beautiful moonlit evening in late 1982, Edgar and his friend George were preparing to meet additional friends before heading out for dinner.

The spectacular full Moon drew them into the garden of a mountainside home overlooking Caracas. They began discussing getting their cameras to capture some extraordinary nighttime photographs.

Then something appeared in the western sky.

Edgar noticed a strange object approaching from the far west. Its movements were unlike anything he had previously witnessed.

The craft appeared to swing back and forth like a pendulum suspended from an invisible string, performing extraordinary maneuvers while steadily approaching.

Given their understanding of nighttime flight restrictions in the area, and the object's highly unusual movements, both men quickly realized they were not observing an ordinary airplane.

Then came a remarkable moment.

Almost simultaneously, they turned toward each other and asked:

“ARE YOU SEEING WHAT I'M SEEING?”

Neither needed to explain what the other was looking at.

The object suddenly veered right, disappearing behind trees and the mountainside.

Then it emerged again, directly in front of them.

Now approximately 80 feet away, the craft revealed its unmistakable disc-shaped structure.

Dark lead-gray. Smooth matte metallic surface. No visible lights. Absolutely silent.

Its configuration closely resembled what would later become publicly known as Bob Lazar's Sport Model, although this encounter occurred years before that design gained widespread attention.

What followed was even more extraordinary.

The craft moved slowly to their left, gradually gaining altitude until it reached the Moon's apparent elevation.

Then it passed directly across the brilliant face of the full Moon, revealing its magnificent silhouette against the lunar light.

The entire encounter lasted approximately four to six minutes.

Two witnesses watched an unidentified craft execute remarkable maneuvers, approach their position, and cross the moonlit sky without a single audible sound.

No engine noise. No navigation lights. No visible exhaust. No conventional means of propulsion.

Just an extraordinary object moving silently across the Caracas night sky.

More than four decades later, the memory remains exceptionally vivid.

As a professional videographer and an experiencer myself, I’m not here to debunk just calling it as I see it. Honestly, the background looks like a set straight out of Star Trek: TNG, and the creature’s movement has every classic hallmark of CGI manipulation. Plus, the skin tone is ALWAYS wrong! On top of that, the craft’s interior has zero physical panels or instruments just polished metal and holographic displays. Come on!

BELIEVING IN UFOs DOESN’T MEAN SWALLOWING EVERY UFO STORY.

Nobody debunks a bad UFO story better than someone who already believes. We’re looking for answers, and bullshit keeps getting in the way.

My biggest warning sign is how stories evolve. Details change, sources disappear behind other sources, and contradictions get patched with fresh revelations. Eventually, repetition becomes what everybody “knows.”

Meanwhile, we circle the same roundabout: same questions, anonymous assurances, and “more investigation needed.”

For fuck’s sake. Investigate the story’s history. Who introduced it? Who changed it? What evidence survived?

Here are my three suspected PSYOPs, with my hypotheses about what they might conceal. These are investigative judgments, not proven operations.

#3: TR-3B
The spectacular mythology could conceal something more utilitarian: a crude black octagonal transport platform. That’s my working hypothesis, and it needs evidence too. Before selling me impossible performance figures, show me where the specifications came from.
#2: SERPO
Twelve people on an interstellar expedition? Quite an itinerary. Our investigation keeps the alleged three-human-participant Holloman/Aquarius contact separate from the later twelve-person Serpo narrative. My suspicion is that an underlying contact account acquired elaborate additions. Neither story proves the other.

#1: MJ-12
Secret committee, recovered craft, presidential briefings. The complete UFO starter pack, stamped for credibility.
But the National Archives identified concrete problems with the Cutler–Twining memo, including its missing registry number and inconsistent classification marking. It also makes clear that possessing a document does not authenticate it.

My suspicion: disputed paperwork helped turn uncertain claims into an apparently complete secret history. A real recovery program, if established, would not make every alleged leak genuine.

TR-3B sells the machine. SERPO sells the adventure. MJ-12 supplies the paperwork. Each needs its own evidence.

🚨 ANOTHER TIC TAC MOMENT, OR HAS @rosscoulthart GOT HIS MOJO BACK? 🛸

Ross is tackling claims that the U.S. government has worked with NHI hybrids for decades. That’s quite a personnel department.

But this story has ancestors!!!

Our investigation has already followed alleged government exchanges through Holloman/Aquarius lore, human-looking occupants in encounter accounts, and claims of genetic intervention. Charles Hall’s Tall Whites narrative adds the alleged military relationship. Pasulka’s “Tyler D,” widely identified as Tim Taylor, brings the aerospace-insider thread into the discussion.

The ingredients are familiar. The question is whether Ross has found evidence connecting them.

Human-looking does not automatically mean hybrid. Contact does not automatically mean collaboration. And five people repeating one insider’s story still leaves us with one source.

My take: this deserves digging, but Ross needs to show what he independently verified. Otherwise, decades-old lore gets a television makeover and walks back through the door as breaking news.

Has he found the missing connection, or has somebody handed him another beautifully wrapped briefing?

Come on, Ross. Bring the receipts. The mojo can follow. 👀

DAD, THE PILOT, AND THE STORIES THAT FOLLOWED HIM HOME

Dad was a humble man with an extraordinary life. An accomplished military aviator trained in the United States, he flew with the “Panteras,” his country’s equivalent of the Blue Angels. Their aerial performances and fellow aviators’ exploits made the newspapers.

The group captain was my godfather, “mi padrino.” He, Dad, and another pilot formed something like the Three Musketeers of the air force. Except these musketeers had combat jets and a remarkable talent for finding trouble.
During political turmoil, the three ended up firing on the presidential palace before fleeing to a neighboring country. Family history could have used a seat belt.

But the stories surrounding Dad extended well beyond aviation.

Family folklore held that spirits followed him everywhere. Mom had accounts of her own. Those manifestations weren’t something I personally witnessed, but the stories were part of the household, alongside constant moves, military responsibilities, and eventually enough UFO books to make a teenager start paying attention.

Dad’s reputation in the cockpit rested on precision, sharp observation, and flying skill. His training took him to bases around the world, including, as the family history records it, Valdosta, Georgia, around 1960 for F-86 Sabre qualification.

His name remains private for the family’s sake. Over the years, accounts and references to UFO reports attributed to Dad and fellow aviators have surfaced alongside the anecdotes passed down in conversation. Reports, recollections, and family folklore each have their place in this history.

What took much longer to register was the possibility that the phenomenon had followed these men beyond the cockpit and into their homes.

Then another family account emerged.

A relative described a remarkable close encounter involving both grandparents on Mom’s side, three of their sons, and additional witnesses. That story had remained unknown to me for decades.

Suddenly, there were encounter accounts on both sides of the family, separated by circumstances but connected through people who had lived with those memories.

That realization hit like a cold shower. What had passed for ordinary family background deserved a much closer look.

That is the part worth talking about: how extraordinary experiences can become familiar stories, barely examined because everyone is busy living. Someone mentions an encounter. Someone else remembers something strange. Years pass before anyone puts the accounts beside each other.

The work now is to preserve those details, trace the reports, and distinguish firsthand memories from stories passed along. Who was there? What did each person describe? Was anything written down at the time? What emerged independently, before relatives compared experiences?

There is a separate childhood account to tell, beginning with an animal. That deserves its own space.

For now, the question is how many families carry histories like this without ever gathering them together. How much gets buried beneath ridicule, silence, or the familiar instruction to get on with life?

JUÁREZ | That Doesn’t Look Like the Neighborhood Coyote

Looking at the Juárez imagery, my attention goes straight to the feet. To my eye, there’s an unusual combination: a capybara-like body impression with birdlike features in the rear limbs. The stepping motion and curling toes are what I want to examine more closely.

That is a visual comparison, not a species identification. But ���just a coyote” doesn’t settle those details for me.

As a 3D animator, studying nature’s mechanics is part of the discipline. Weight transfer, joint articulation, balance, foot placement: those details make a creature believable. They also help us spot bad animation and uncanny AI. Experience doesn’t make us immune to being fooled, but it gives us specific things to inspect beyond whether an image simply “looks real.”

The Skinwalker documents bring another dimension to this comparison. My reading is that the reported phenomenon may extend well beyond Utah. The pale, hunched creature described in the BAASS account gives us something concrete to compare with Juárez, even though the connection remains unproven.

My broader hypothesis is that some experiences we separate into ghosts, apparitions, strange animals and wolf-like figures could belong to a wider reality we have barely documented. Perhaps some of what we call extraordinary is part of an environment we have stopped observing closely.

We’ve become remarkably good at watching other people’s lives on little screens while barely noticing what moves outside our own windows.

Before we decide we already know everything living around us, we might want to spend a little more time looking.

UTAH & JUÁREZ | That Description Sounds Familiar

The Juárez footage sent me back to a particular page in the Skinwalker investigation.

Page 27. Figure 7.

In the April 2010 BAASS Utah Ranch Investigation Report, a witness recalled an encounter he and his grandson had several years earlier. He described a pale, furless creature with a hunched back and unusual legs. It jumped a fence and ran using its hands, in a movement he compared to a chimpanzee. His accompanying sketch shows long forelimbs and a pronounced tail.

Now compare that description with the imagery circulating from Valle de Juárez, Mexico: an apparently hairless, pale figure with elongated forelimbs, bent hindquarters, an arched back and a long, tapering tail. Mexican reporting describes climbing over walls and through trees, alongside allegations of poultry and rabbit losses.

That combination caught my attention. The comparison goes beyond “something strange was seen.”

There are differences, too. The Utah sketch depicts a more upright, leaner figure. The Juárez stills show a lower, rounder body. Neither provides enough reliable anatomical detail to establish that we are looking at the same animal.

One correction matters: the widely repeated “six feet” refers to an estimated head-to-tail length, not a six-foot-tall humanoid. Those measurements remain unverified.

The Utah witness called his creature a “shape shifter.” That was his interpretation; the passage does not describe him watching a transformation. Likewise, claims that the Juárez figure comes from another dimension go beyond what the images establish.

My view is that Skinwalker research should include comparisons beyond the ranch. This is a specific resemblance worth documenting, with the original descriptions kept intact.

The illustration makes the comparison easier to see. It is an artistic reconstruction, not additional evidence. The next step is the original Utah sketch beside authenticated Juárez recordings, with dates, camera details and scale references.

A recurring description becomes more useful when we preserve its differences as carefully as its similarities.

Erich von Däniken didn’t simply shape my family’s thinking. He blew the doors open. His books were read with fervor, discussed with devotion, and surrounded by UFO photographs, posters, and the excitement of realizing that humanity’s past might be far stranger than we had been taught.

His central proposition was bold: ancient accounts of gods descending from the sky could preserve memories of encounters with technologically advanced visitors. He brought monuments, religious traditions, ancient imagery, and extraordinary engineering into a single provocative conversation about humanity’s origins. Beginning with Chariots of the Gods?, he invited millions to reconsider what our ancestors might have witnessed and how they recorded it.

For my family, that approach felt like fresh air. My maternal grandparents and my mother were passionate readers. Those books helped shape my own conviction that humanity was influenced in the distant past by intelligences and technologies we still do not fully understand, and that some remarkable ancient sites preserve traces of that inheritance.

That remains my interpretation, rather than an established archaeological conclusion. But von Däniken’s influence on us was unmistakable: he made the ancient world feel alive, unfinished, and worth investigating. Across generations of my family, he gave curiosity a permanent seat at the table.
