I have a serious question: Shouldn’t grown men be able to hold themselves accountable? Whenever someone says that NFL locker rooms need a tough coach it makes me wonder if players aren’t mature enough to conduct themselves accordingly. As a black man, I hate the notion. Thoughts? @Realrclark25

As a former Dolphins player noted, it would have been viewed as inauthentic for McDaniel to go from a players-only coach to a chew-your-ass-out coach. Going the other direction is easier. He is who is (a nice man who must have the offense rolling and Tua playing well and some wins to stick around).
