@ShadowBoxYoon Also have hearing loss and used Loop Experience 2 at Baltimore Day 1 & 2. I was able to talk with people seated next to me, in lines etc. and also hear Tannies clearly during the concert. It was my first time using them, highly recommend.

@mtamaryland Wow. This sort of blew up. Night 2 was better, but still a bit of a cluster. MTA has amazing and helpful workers on the ground including Keisha on D1 at North Lithicum who was helping off the clock to make sure Army weren't stranded. Better communication and signage would help.

@mtamaryland It has been 3 hours since the end of the concert. I saw the whole thing and walked as fast as I could to the light rail. As did thoushands of others. 3 hours later and I finally made it to the airport to catch the hotel shuttle. Please do better on day 2.

Shout out to M&T for opening gates fast and getting as many people inside as they could. Lots of folks in here would be fully soaked if they had kept the gates closed.

Arrived safely in #Boramore, in a miracle moment hotel room was ready for early checkin!

Left a bit earlier than planned to get here before afternoon traffic picks up, thank you Boramore ARMY for the heads up!
