@elonmusk Can you help me with my 2021 MY LR? Local Tesla service centers haven’t been helpful. This is with new batteries. Can’t seem to get the mileage a LR should have. Please help.
@rebeccajkey@educator4ever36 Same which is the main reason I left the profession. My health comes first and no one should ever have to deal with what I dealt with when teaching. Even the simplest things as not being able to use the bathroom when needed. My body learned not to have to go. It wasn’t good.
@jenteach13 I taught middle school and students chose their seats on day 1 by picking a card at random, which let them know what group to sit. Then for the first week I’d observe, take note and if needed permanent seats will be put in place next. This worked pretty well.
@texasrunnerDFW Too many on the roads are not following the rules of the road and putting everyone at risk. Something really needs to be done. This is not ok.
@educator4ever36 In my years teaching, I always got the “challenging” classes. I kept getting it too since I got the scores. I felt like it was punishment for doing well. If there was a balance maybe I would still be teaching.
@MaryBowdenMD About a decade ago, I had a balloon sinuplasty because nothing else helped. To this day, I get pain in my sinus cavity—right side. Nowadays I don’t listen to doctors much but back then I did. Shame on them. Shame on me.
@anenglishteachr Get to know the students and focus on their strengths to help them grow. Enjoy every minute. No need to buy books and stuff new-thrift stores, eBay, etc. Teaching is a great field but you really do have to love and be passionate about it!
@anenglishteachr Stay out of drama. Support staff and learners. Don’t be afraid of saying no. Document! Document! Document! Arrive a little earlier than normal.
@HawkeyeHouston@educator4ever36@tchrscurriculum That is so true & not all who engage can manage. I know engaging instructors but they get so far away from the curriculum that should be taught & the relationships they form is also questionable as a result. It’s unfortunate because engagement & managing should go hand in hand.
@UziCryptoo We moved from CA to TX for a promotion for my job and been struggling financially ever since we got here. 🙏 it turns around but the struggle is real. I do love my job though.
