@kmfmnews @Jim4Dartford while they might have identified the risk of water failure the mitigation is obviously inadequate. What if this had been a power failure? Do they test their disaster recovery plans and does the regulator have input/oversight of the adequacy of the plan and testing?

@Jebadoo2 I wrote to my MP when it was at the Commons stage and she said not to worry it will be dealt with by the Lords intimating that the Commons were trusting the Lords to scrutinise the Bill more closely. Thank peers took their role seriously and proved an effective fail safe.
