XBox changed their terms for digital products, and I was able to re-request the Cyberpunk refund. It was accepted. Still looks like a really fun game, but it just doesn't function on my setup.

Hey @XboxSupport, NYTimes has an article saying that there can be refunds because of the poor performance of @CyberpunkGame on XBox One, but my request was denied. The game is borderline unplayable on my XBox with freezes and crashes. Any hope of a refund?

"Our refund policy does not allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding." I didn't get to play too much of it unfortunately.
