@M4MHA Sending support from Canada. Thinking about you and your family. There is so much pain in realizing the unbearable pain my wife and the mother of our children must have been in before passing away from suicide.
@SusanSchutte2 These stories of young lives that have been lost are so sad. Every death from covid is tragic. It is heartbreaking how many young parents have left children behind.
@MaximeBernier I attended a BLM march last year. Zero violence. The speeches were the most reasonable words I have heard in a long time. They were a call to tolerance, understanding, and kindness. This from people who have been denied these basic values again and again. For hundreds of years.
@M4MHA You continue to be an inspiration in all your communication and action. You have helped me to see that grief connects us all, those who grieve, and those we grieve for. It’s a beautiful expression of love that I believe is filled with eternal hope.
@mrsjs2021 Thank you for your courage in saying this. We can’t be bullied into silence. That’s when we find ourselves alone and vulnerable. No one has any right to judge what others are going through. Period. Please give to yourself and your family.
11 years ago today, a true role model for Canadians everywhere passed away. Shannen Koostachin advocated tirelessly for healthy, safe, and comfortable schools for First Nations students. Spend time today learning about Shannen and her dream: https://t.co/95Ntr9I2OD

@Teach_Laidlaw As a supply teacher I taught in more than 100 schools in Toronto. One memory that is seared into my brain is the unbearable heat in the warmer months. No ventilation. No respite. I cannot imagine the same conditions with masks on and not being able to drink. Unacceptable.
@AliceChiavi I feel for your parents. They ran into bullies who are really just weak cowards. Would they have pulled the same thing if it was a young person ahead of them who had a few friends waiting outside? No. They acted strong but they are in fact the weakest among us.

In 2017 my wife Teresa created an app for dementia caregivers, as a tribute to her mother. In 2019 Teresa passed away. My tribute to her is to tell people about the app. If you care for someone with dementia it may help you. #dementia
