@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial, we understand waterlogging is beyond control. But our train (22961 Vande Bharat MMCT - ADI) is stranded at Valsad for 8+ hours with no proper food. For a premium train with such high fares, basic passenger support during delays is the least we expect

Return raised on 31 May. 3 false pickup attempts marked claiming I was unavailable, when I’ve been @ home all 3 days. Agent gives missed calls at 10 PM, rejects the pickup & declines my calls everyday. Resolve ASAP.
@Delhivery This is unacceptable. Ordered 2 pickups: AWB 2827780592476 (Red box) & AWB 2827780682415 (Green box). Received Red trolley, yet 2827780682415 falsely shows delivered & 2827780592476 shows lost in transit. No response from CC. Resolve this ASAP. Call on 9029416000
