@homeaway treats UK vacation owners with US very poorly. Two outstanding payments for rentals one for August and despite long waits on phone and promises of action NOTHING! Am seriously considering moving my rental to a more CS friendly company!
V.poor reply from csaustin who just repeated the problem. Spoke to @HomeAwayUK CS who much more helpful. Said problem UK owners of US property not unique to me. Solution is to pay via Yapstone while ts sort problem out. If so why are you not paying me what Iβm owed?
Been a home owner who has advertised my Orlando villa on @vrbo and @HomeAway for 4 years. Disappointed with poor CS. Had a guest who left 6 Aug. Nearly 2 months on still not received my guests fee. 7 calls numerous hrs on calls and promises of a reply but nothing! Very poor CS!
