If Hindu A gifts his land to Hindu B then Hindu B needs to register it and to pay stamp duty to govt (Section 123, TP Act)

But if Muslim A gifts his land to Muslim B then Muslim B doesn't need to register it or pay stamp duty to govt (Section 129, TP Act based on Sharia law Hiba)

Yesterday when a petitioner approached the Supreme Court for this then the court asked him to approach the Central govt to amend this

This law was made by Britishers in 1882 to divide India and after 1947 Congress continued it

You might remember that a few years ago, in 2019, a film starring Akshay Kumar was released — Mission Mangal. The movie received widespread appreciation because it was based on a real-life story, and everyone loved it. The scenes were shown so convincingly on screen that while watching it, one felt like being a part of the Mars Mission team.

I also loved the film. But you may remember there was a scene where a woman scientist named Neha Siddiqui — shown as a religious (Muslim) woman — struggles a lot to find a place to live.

Everywhere she went looking for a rented house, the moment people learned about her religion, she was denied accommodation. I became very emotional watching that. I felt shocked that such a beautiful and talented scientist was refused a house. If you’ve seen the movie, you must have been shocked and angry too — and you should be.

Think about it: a scientist who works tirelessly for the country, and we show such discrimination toward her… how narrow-minded is that?

These thoughts were stuck in my head. After reaching home, I opened the internet and started searching about ISRO. That’s when I found out that ISRO provides apartments for all its scientists and engineers. After learning this, I felt puzzled — if ISRO provides official housing, why would a scientist look for a rented house in the first place?

Then I searched for Neha Siddiqui on Google — but she didn’t appear anywhere. After that I began checking the entire Mars Mission team to see what the real heroes actually looked like.

I went through the names of every member of the mission team, and I didn’t find a single scientist, engineer, or even technician named Neha Siddiqui.
Shocking, right? I felt the same — like a 440-volt shock. There wasn’t even a single Muslim man or woman in the actual team, yet the filmmakers introduced this plot under the name of creative liberty or freedom of expression, showing how a Muslim woman in India is denied a rental house, even if she’s an ISRO scientist.

And on the movie poster, they highlighted that same fictional character with the caption: “Science Has No Religion.”
Yes — this is how slow poison is served. Bollywood knows it very well.

I cross-checked it myself, but how many people actually do that?

IIT दिल्ली में 'दलितों को फ़िलिस्तीनी पीड़ित के समकक्ष' बताया जा रहा है। दलित चिंतन के नाम पर वोक एजेंडा हगा जा रहा है। @dpradhanbjp की व्यक्तिगत खुन्नस @narendramodi की साख में बट्टा लग��ए जा रही है। @EduMinOfIndia इस बकलोली को कैसे बर्दाश्त कर रही है? नकारे हुए, साक्ष्यहीन, मनगढ़ंत कथाओं पर कब तक फ़र्ज़ी चिंतन के लिए IIT जैसे संस्थानों में ये सत्र चलते रहेंगे?

कल तक जो 'लग रहा था', अब स्पष्ट है कि धर्मेंद्र प्रधान सोच-समझकर UGC की बकलोली कर रहा है। बजट के बाद के कैबिनेट रीशफ़ल में ये तो नहीं रहेगा, यह तय है।

UGC नियमों से समस्याएँ:

१. कैम्पस में पुलिस का इन्वॉल्वम���ंट पूरे कॉलेज परिसर को एक एक्टिव क्राइम सीन बना देता है। बच्चे हँसी-मजाक तक करने से कतराएँगे। जहाँ कॉलेज प्रशासन का मुख्य ध्येय, किसी कथित अपराध पर (जो जघन्य/हिंसक न हो), बच्चों को पंद्रह दिन का निलंबन जैसा होता है, वहाँ अब पुलिस को घुसेड़ा जा रहा है। इंटेंट में ही दोष है कि कोई भेदभावपूर्ण टिप्पणी एक गंभीर अपराध माना जा रहा है। हालाँकि ब्राह्मणों की कब्र खोदने और चार जूते मारना आज तक अपराध नह��ं बना और कॉलेज में जाति पूछने वाल��� स्वघोषित प्रोफेसर सरकार के सलाहकार हैं।

२. कॉलेज में बच्चे स्कूल के यूनिफ़ॉर्म युग से बाहर आ कर, स्वच्छंदता का अनुभव करते हैं। यह उनके लिए स्वयं को अभिव्यक्त करने का पहला मुक्त अवसर होता है। इन नियमों ने बच्चों के बोलने, उपहास, व्यंग्य आदि को प्रभावी रूप से सीमित कर दिया है।

३. यह जातिवादी छात्र संगठनों के लिए द्वेष आधारित निशानदेही और केस करने का एक मार्ग बन जाएगा। जो अभी ‘जूते चार’ की ड��ली पीट रहे हैं, वो ऐसी जातियों के बच्चों को सीधे जेल में भेजने के लिए हर झूठ का प्रयोग करेंगे।

४. सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय मंत्रालय का अपना सर्वेक्षण बताता है कि SC/ST Act में औसत कनविक्शन की दर केवल 8% है। OBC सर्वाधिक आरोपित वर्ग है जो जातिगत अपराधों में 81% भागीदारी करता है। 2200 से अधिक कालेज कैम्पसों में पूरे वर्ष में केवल 378 जातिवादी भेदभाव के केस आए। फिर लॉजिक क्या है कि इस नियम को लाया जाए? एक झूठ फैलाया गया कि दलितों के साथ अत्याचार हो रहा है, आँकड़े सपोर्ट नहीं कर रहे, और आप नियम पर नियम बनाए जा रहे हैं?

५. पिछले 15 वर्षों में सोशल मीडिया से ले कर कॉलेज राजनीति में सर्वाधिक विषैली जातिगत टिप्पणी का केन्द्र ब्राह्मण/सवर्ण रहे हैं। चाहे कॉलेज की दीवा���ें हो या छात्र संगठनों के नारे, सवर्णों के देवता, जातियाँ, प्रतीक और ग्रंथों के नाम पर भयावह टिप्पणियों को हम हर दिन देखते हैं। फिर ‘विशेषकर’ शब्द को नियमों में जोड़ते समय इस बात का ध्यान क्यों नहीं रखा गया?

६. झूठे केस में फँसने पर, पुलिस तक बात जाने पर, अकादमिक समय के नष्ट होने पर, उचित जुर्माने का प्रावधान क्यों नहीं है? यदि कोई बच्चा झूठे आरोप के कारण आत्महत्या ��र ले तो कौन उत्तरदायी होगा? कैम्पस में आत्महत्याओं की संख्या जातिवादी टिप्पणियों के केस से अधिक है। आजकल के बच्चे भविष्य की चिंता, माता-पिता से भय आदि के कारण ऐसे कदम उठा लेते हैं।

यह पूरी नियमावली इंटेंट के स्तर पर ही घटिया है। कैम्पस अभिव्यक्ति का अड्डा होना चाहिए, जातिवादी विद्वेष का नहीं। जिस बात के रैम्पेंट होने के कोई प्रमाण नहीं, उससे प्रोटेक्शन को ले कर नियम किस जीव ने बनाए?

कैम्पस मित्रता के अंकुरन के लिए होता है, हेड-हंटिंग के लिए नहीं। यहाँ दीर्घकालिक दोस्ती बनती है, अल्पकालिक राजनीति नहीं।

इसकी समीक्षा हो। उचित प्रावधान रहें। हर जाति को जातिवादियों से सुरक्षा मिले। पुलिस की इन्वॉल्वमेंट केवल गंभीर हिंसा की स्थिति में हो। केस के निराकरण तक आरोपी-आरोपित पर कार्रवाई न हो। फर्जी केस पर, उसी केस के लिए प्रस्तावित दंड का दूना दंड मिले।
