DEO Male, Lasbela, Rafiq Baloch, supports Balochistan Deworming Initiative and Education Department has actively engaged the teachers, schools and students in order to pave way for a dewormed Pakistan. The deworming campaign is happening from 16th-18th May'22 in district Lasbela.

پیٹ کے کیڑوں کی بیماریاں صفائی کے ناقص انتظامات کی وجہ سےہوتی ہیں۔ اسکول جانےوالی عمرکےبچے سب سے زیادہ شکار ہوتے ہیں۔ 2016 میں کئےگئے قومی سروےکےمطابق پاکستان میں سکول جانےوالی عمر کے1 کروڑ 70 لاکھ بچوں، جن میں پانچ لاکھ چوہتر ہزار بچے اسلام آباد سےہیں،کو سالانہ علاج کی ضرورت ہے

گزشتہ 2 سالوں یعنی سال 2019 اور 2020 میں اسلام آباد میں پیٹ کے کیڑوں کے علاج کےسالانہ ادوار میں تقریباً 2 لاکھ بچوں کا علاج کیا گیا

یاد رہے پیٹ کےکیڑےبچوں کی ذہنی و جسمانی نشونما پر اثر انداز ہوتےہیں۔
