@ampere_ev Customers deserve prompt service to keep the EV on road to achieve better environment.
One month on and I have not received my battery charger from "Ride Electric".
Worst After Sales Service in Warranty period
Three weeks gone and not a word from @ampere_ev dealer "Ride Electric" regarding the current status of my battery charger.
Don't go for EV until warranty is guaranteed @nitin_gadkari@gupta_rekha
Submitted battery charger on 09/05/26 and still waiting for the call. "Customer Care" says it will take 25 to 30 working days. If this is the "Service" norm for EV Scooter, WHO WILL GO FOR IT?
And all this in the Warranty period.

I received a call from an officer who explained to me that this stall with address "Platform no.1, Nagpur station" is actually not "inside" the Nagpur Station and has the liberty to charge "rates" other than fixed by @IRCTCofficial .
